The Desh, Chelsea Road

The Desh is small Indian restaurant situated in Lower Weston. First impressions are of a friendly welcome and a bright and clean interior. The menu is not huge by the standard of some Indians, but all the usual tandoori, biryani and curry favourites are represented.
Service is brisk without being hurried, and our meal was excellent. On asking around we found that everyone that has eaten there recently has had a more than pleasant experience.
You can bring your own drinks (there is an off licence just down the road) and no corkage is charged. Takeaways are also very popular.
